A city rich of Technology

Turin is a place of innovation, where technologies, IT companies and artists work together.

Here was born the mp3 format; Turin is the home of Fiat-Chrysler and of automotive industry. The Droidcon conference is hosted in Turin each year. The electronic revolution started here: Arduino has headquarter in the city and Turin is still his home. With several coworking areas, incubators and startup accelerators Turin is one of the most active city in the IT development.

How to approach the conference centre

Address:: "Centro Congressi Lingotto", via Nizza 280, Turin, Italy - thursday 10th march 2016

By Train: from Paris/Lyon, take the TGV. From Milan, Bologna, Florence, Rome and north Italy get an high speed train(Italo or Trenitalia). Stop at Porta Nuova station (or Porta Susa).

By Flight: flight with KLM (from Amsterdam), Ryanair (London Stansted), British Airways (London Gatwick), Airfrance (Paris), Brussels Airline (Bruxelles), Lufthansa (Munich & Frankfurt), Vueling (Madrid). Or fly with Easyjet from whole europe to Milan Malpensa and take the direct shuttle from the airport.

In the city: Take the subway (available also at Porta Nuova and Porta Susa stations) until last stop "Lingotto". The conference centre is 50 meters away the subway station.
